- Designed a two-layer Terraform architecture (shared platform + per-customer modules) that standardised 25+ enterprise environments on AWS and Azure.
- Built reusable GitHub Actions (workflow_call) with OIDC auth and SHA-pinned actions — removing all long-lived cloud credentials from CI.
- Implemented blue/green releases via ALB target-group switching for zero-downtime deploys; automated AMI patching with the hcledit CLI.
