Terms of Service — Cloudadhar

1. Who we are

Cloudadhar ("we", "us") is an online career platform run by Gangadhar Ure, providing DevSecOps and Agentic AI training, mentorship, digital products and community access. We are based in India. By creating an account or paying for any program you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must be 16+ to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We may suspend any account that violates these Terms, abuses our community, or attempts to bypass payment.

3. Programs & payment

Live cohort batches, 1:1 mentorship, and digital products are paid offerings. Prices, schedules and contents are listed on the relevant page at the time of purchase. Free content (newsletter, free resources, WhatsApp community) remains free for as long as we offer it.

4. Refunds

Live batches: refund eligible if requested within 7 days of batch startand you have attended fewer than 3 sessions. After that, no refund — but you keep access to all recordings already shipped.

Digital products (notes, templates, vault content): non-refundable once the download link is delivered, since they cannot be "returned".

1:1 mentorship: cancellable up to 24 hours before the booked session for full credit. No-shows are not refunded.

5. Intellectual property

All course material, recordings, notes, slide decks, and templates are licensed to you for personal learning only. You may not redistribute, resell, upload to any other platform (Telegram, YouTube, GitHub, etc.) or share your account credentials. Doing so terminates your access without refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape or automate access to the site or APIs
Impersonate another person or claim affiliation with Cloudadhar without permission
Post abusive, illegal, or spam content in our community channels
Reverse-engineer paid content to recreate it elsewhere

7. No employment guarantee

We share interview tips, resume reviews, and referral guidance to maximise your chances — but we do not guarantee a job, salary, or specific employer. Outcomes depend on your effort and the market.

8. Third-party services

We use Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Google (sign-in), Resend (email), Razorpay/UPI (payments), Zoom and WhatsApp (live sessions and community). Each has its own terms which apply when you use those features.

9. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cloudadhar's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes & contact
